Your third term of graduate school is focused on deepening your understanding of the field and the spaces counseling takes place. By this term, you should have a clearer understanding of your personal and professional goals and how they will continue to impact your development as a clinical counselor.
Upon completion of the first year of coursework, you will begin your practicum experience in a clinical setting during the following term.
This advising session recording orients new CMHC students to practicum requirements. The session reviews the prerequisites to advance to practicum, BBS practicum requirements, the process and timeline for placement, and partnering organizations.
