Our Strategic Plan seeks to create a context for the decisions we will make about the allocation of technology resources for the foreseeable future. We acknowledge that the accelerating rate of change in our field presents daunting challenges, but if we create a sound foundation of core principles in specific areas of strategic focus we can inform our tactical decisions so that we are aligned not only with the University's strategic road map but also with the evolving needs and capacities of our stakeholders.
