What type of assistance can I get from ResNet?

ResNet can assist you with any technical issues or questions you may have, including resetting your Redlands e-mail password, assisting you navigating and logging in to your my.redlands portal (Moodle, Self-Service, E-mail). ResNet can also assist you connecting your tech and gaming devices to the UoR Wireless network when you are on campus. 

What is Duo?

Duo is the Two-Factor Authentication system used by the University of Redlands, everyone holding a UoR account is required to register for Two-Factor Authentication to keep safe your personal information.

Is Microsoft Office Free?

All current students have licenses to install Microsoft Office for free, it is also the preferred method for submitting your assignments.

How will online classes be delivered?

Online classes will be delivered using two main applications: Cisco WebEx & Microsoft Teams, all students have licenses to use both applications by using their Redlands e-mail and password. We also recommend installing both applications on your computer vs. using online browsers. Cisco WebEx can be downloaded here: https://www.webex.com/downloads.html/.

What if I need help logging in to WebEx or Teams?

If you need assistance logging in to any of these applications, please contact ResNet, we’ll be glad to walk you through the login process.
