First Term

Your first term of graduate school signals the beginning of a transformative journey. You will begin to adjust to being a graduate student as you continue to learn the standards of your program. This is the time for you to reflect upon and explore the reasons why you are pursuing a career in higher education.

During this term, you will be encouraged to attend group advising sessions and join a professional organization aligned with your program.
