Give yourself the gift of self-reflection and community by joining other members of the University of Redlands community for the third installment of
Interpersonal Skills and Team Dynamics—An interactive experience for self-betterment and professional improvement.
Over three weeks in November (Nov 2/9/16 from 10 am to noon), we will journey together through a series of conversations focused on helping us all be our best selves in our roles here at the University and in our lives outside of campus.
This interactive session will introduce you to new people from across campus and our regional campuses and help you to better reflect on your own gifts and growth opportunities to help us all improve our performance and professional satisfaction.
"I really enjoyed the class presented by Ray Watts on Interpersonal Communication. Specifically, there was a part about Emotional Intelligence that really intrigued me and made me think about how I respond to life and challenges. I was grateful to have the opportunity to learn alongside my colleagues be able to talk about real life situations. I would encourage anyone who is interested to take the opportunity and participate." Katyrn Wood Director, Student Employment
