U of R professor says people need routine and connections during stay-at-home order
Psychology Professor Fred Rabinowitz recently talked to ABC7 Eyewitness News about coping during the stay-at-home order and suggested these strategies:
- Be intentional about connecting with the people in your life with technology like video. Talking with people is important.
- Create a routine or a structure for your day. Talk a walk, go outside if you can, or take advantage of online classes.
