The scientist, educator, and award-winning author will share how trust can increase performance in the workplace
The University of Redlands School of Business will continue its three-part 21st Century Leadership Speaker Series with scientist, educator, and author Dr. Paul Zak at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 8, 2018, at its WeWork Park Center location in Costa Mesa.
Drawing from his newest book, Trust Factor: The Science of Creating High-Performance Companies, Zak will highlight how recent advances in neuroscience can be used to measure and manage organizational cultures to inspire teamwork and further drive positive business outcomes.
Zak is the founding director of the Center for Neuroeconomics Studies and professor of economics, psychology, and management at Claremont Graduate University. He has degrees in mathematics and economics from San Diego State University, a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Pennsylvania, and postdoctoral training in neuroimaging from Harvard University.
The event, which includes a hosted bar and hors d’oeuvres, is free and open to the public, but registration is required.
