As the Director of Marketing and Insights at the University of Redlands, Marina is responsible for creating and accelerating the university’s strategic marketing plan. She also analyzes data to obtain valuable insights that help to make data-driven decisions. Her main focus is to drive the university's vision of offering personalized and student-focused education that fosters student success and helps students achieve their professional dreams by creating marketing strategies that appeal to the targeted future students.


Marina worked as head of performance marketing in a well-known agency in Dubai, UAE, serving high-education universities across Europe and the Middle East before joining the University.


Marina has extensive knowledge in digital marketing, data analysis, lead generation, SEM, SEO, and social media strategy and design.


Marina holds a Master of Science degree in Strategic Marketing Management with an emphasis in International Marketing, Customer Behavior, and Advertising from the University of Chichester in the United Kingdom.
