Just In Time Support
Just in time support is a great way to receive personalized support on a specific topic that is most relevant to you, at the time that works best for you. Simply select the topic, or a set of topics of your choice by submitting the request form. A team member will contact you to setup a date and time which works best for your collaborative consultation. You may choose to meet a team member in person, or virtually through a web conference via WebEx. Depending on the scope of topic, consultations can range from 30 minutes to 1 hour and can be requested as series of meetings.
Open Office Hours
Open office hours are made available to assist faculty, staff, and students with any instructional technology needs. Drop by during any of the pre-scheduled open office hours to receive one on one support on any instructional or technical issue. Sign-up is not required, however, it is highly recommended.
