Technical Manager for the Student Life Division, focusing on technical support for the Housing System (Adirondack Solutions), University ID card system, Colleague (housing & meal plans) and billing, web content updates, portal content updates, Welcome New Student web pages, data reports, New Student Orientation week budget development (with campus food service), Early Arrival meal plans & budget.  Also provide assistance with the Redlands online store and online payment system. Serve on the University Check-in committee representing Student Life and ITS.  Project manager for various ITS projects; manages the ITS project portfolio and reviews project status with ITS managers and directors.
