As a member of the ITS Administrative Information Services team (AIS), I provide leadership and departmental user support for administrative systems such as our Colleague ERP, Resource 25, and SAP Business Objects. My responsibilities also include administration and management of the AIS unit, including assigning and monitoring of work orders. I work with ITS Directors to schedule and manage department projects, and serve as ITS liaison to University data governance groups such as the Administrative Reporting Group and Core Data Working Group. I bleed Dodger blue, L.A. Kings black, and long for the return of the Showtime Lakers.
