The University of Redlands School of Music presents Giacomo Puccini’s La Bohème, the tale of six impoverished young bohemians, who live for art, for love, and for each other. Performances will be sung in Italian with English supertitles.
"La Bohème is undoubtedly the most famous opera of all time, beloved for its soaring melodies, tear-jerking love story, and light-hearted humor,” says Co Nguyen, University of Redlands associate professor who will conduct both performances. “I consider myself lucky to conduct this magnificent score, and it's a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for our students to perform it.”
