  1. Bring the full-time non-tenure track faculty with multiple year contracts on to a regularized scale (will be complete as of July 1, 2017).
  2. A Trustee working group on faculty salaries was launched in August 2017.
  3. Competitive compensation in other areas dependent on annual budgeting.


Currently in modelling phase for annual budgets.
