Enrolling Users

Students and faculty are automatically enrolled by the Registrar's Office each term. If a student cannot see your course, it may be hidden from student-view. However, if you need to enroll a user (for a template or Org course), you can manually enroll users outside of the automated process:

  1. In your course, click the Participants tab (on the left navigation menu).
  2. Click the grey Enroll Users button.
  3. Type the name of the user you want to enroll and assign them a role. By default, the Student role may be selected. You can change the assigned role using the dropdown menu.
  4. Click the maroon Enroll Users button.
